FIRST RESIDENTIAL TRIP <3

definitely a good one!

A GREAT WEEKEND :D

as i said, i went on a trip to Frank Chapman, a centre located next to a forest.

It was brilliant!

I got to know more friends. and THEY ARE REALLY CRAZY. ahaha. oh i love my law class.

reached there on friday at 11+, studied, lunch, moved our luggage into the dorms, teacher divided us into groups, and studied, dinner, studied. THEN WENT FOR A NIGHT WALK AT 9PM OHOHOHOHO. it wasnt that scary, cz it's like.. there's obviously a pathway (a VERY muddy ones tho) for us to go on it. the teachers said there's a staff meeting and dumped us to go on walking. But they actually switched off their torches and were walking behind us. We kinda knew it actually, and tried to scare the teachers back by switching off our torches so that they lose us. but.. PLAN FAILED. haha cz some of us were quite noisy and wont keep quiet -.- then the A2 students led us (they have been there before) and made us walked a harder pathway, like between the trees. TEACHERS FINALLY REVEALED THEMSELVES. hahaha. but there's only my law teacher there, cz other law teachers couldnt keep up and he's scared he might lose us LOLLL. he called the other teachers and said "have you found the kids?" and we were like FOOUUNDDD? o.o then we went back. my friend was like "how dare he hide himself, im gonna shoot him in the face using the torch" HAHAHAHAAH

Then at night around 11pm we bathed and stuff. at 12+ then teacher said we should sleep. and i went to sleep but everyone was still chatting I DIDNT REALISE. some of them said they slept at 2.30 o.o

the dorm was so clean! like a hotel ._. and the toilet. food was alright, but we had our last meal at 5pm. and everyone was like IM GONNA STARVE AT NIGHT. luckily we brought out own food for the FOOD PARTEH. heehe. i brought 2 party packs of Maltesers <3 and my friends brought err crisps, cakes, chocolates and stuff. Oh im hungry now .___. XD

Day 2 is roughly the same, just that we didnt go for the walk. in the morning (OH WE HAD TO WAKE UO AT 7+ T_T) and had breakfast, then went for a morning walk. just 5 minutes actually -.- haha but quite nice! cz we enjoyed the morning breeze and sunshine 8D then studied, break, studied, lunch, studied, dinner, studied.

and at night! we didnt go for the walk. kinda regretted it tho. SHOULD'VE GONE! cz they were telling ghost stories in the middle of forest. but they made the stories up, and apparently the stories were quite fake -.- but it's like, once a year, and we only get to go twice (AS and A2) if we get good results in our exams (we dont have to resit exam). so yeah. you know, we dont always get to go into the forest. but in the dorms they were playing Monkeys haha. i took pictures actually. lazy to upload xD hehe then my another law teacher came and told us "it's time to sleep!" and we didnt go to bed. until she came the sec time. and third. the third time she was like "if you dont go to sleep, im gonna stand here (at the door) till you sleep" My friends kept laughing HAHA. At night we felt really sleepy but dont wanna sleep cz its so fun! i think it feels quite homey there. i always had a laugh. and there were so many people i can talk to. not really talk, but joke and stuff. unlike my boring home -.- my friend feels the same too! cz she's the only child. so she's bored at home.

Today we woke up the same day and had breakfast and started packing away :( i felt a bit emotional hahah. cz the place is so comfortable and free of err hectic things? like in school, we had so much hw! but in this trip it's like school, and it's fun. these three days have passed so quickly! probably cz we kept doing things non-stop. didnt realise time passed. SO SAD I FEEL LIKE CRYING WHEN IN BUS. oh ya i think im more emotional cz im gonna have period soon. PMS </3 oh well. but thank God it's not during the trip :)

we departed at 2+ and reached school at 3+. when we were waiting for our parents and only im left there with another two boys my teacher was gonna bring them home (damn awkward), my law teacher came to me and we chatted, then came across what i wanna become when i grow up and i said something related to law, he's like "good. you'll be a good lawyer, you're quite good at it" i was like AWWWW THANK YOU :') then he asked solicitor or barrister? i said should be solicitor cause im not good in public speaking and he said "no dont put yourself down. you're good at it" SUCH BIG ENCOURAGEMENT :')))) it doesnt sound that dramatic but you know. i cant do public speaking T_T i needa REVISEEEE mock exam on 17th. cant let teacher down. other class is like looking down on us >:( so annoying!

thats basically it :D all in all, it is a GREAT WEEKEND! although this trip keeps reminding me that EXAMS ARE COMING YO. and psychology mock exam tmr, HAVENT EVEN REVISED. homework's waiting for me ... and not enough sleep. im gonna be like a zombie tmr. WISH ME LUCK! bye!

addicted to latte recently :S

Last day of November :)

This week is great :) dunno why. perhaps i enjoyed almost all the lessons? be it film studies or psychology. I'VE ALWAYS ENJOYED LAW AND PHOTOGRAPHY :') Found a new passion. LAW :D Currently my favourite subject! least is errr film studies or psychology.

Psychology isnt what bad really. Just that we have THREE teachers, and two of them teach the same topic -.- CONFUSION MAN. have to get it right. MUST START REVISING! mock exam on the 10th Dec. Oh gosh :( TOO MANY CASE STUDIES. aww man. Ah doesnt matter, WILL STUDY HARD!

And err Film Studies. It's kinda boring :( cz there're only FOUR students in the class. Sooo it's boring. BORING. I might drop it next year. But two of them are leaving school (they stay for another year to apply for Uni) so there will only be one student in lesson if i drop O_O that's a cruel thing :(

Photography! I love taking photographs and stuff. But it's got a lot of mounting to do. Like, trim the annotations, pictures and then stick them into the coursework book. Hmm but we get to go into the darkroom! quite fun :D and i love it when i get to develop a photograph from START till FINISH. that feeling of satisfaction when something starts to show up in a white piece of photographic paper :') TADA. my very own black and white photograph. A really great experience! :D

AND LAW OMG. seriously! hehehe. ppl are like looking at me like some geek cz i study law and love it. It's meant to be hard (duh -.-), but i like it :D you know, kinda used to memorising stuff cz we all know teacher is going to ask us ques about the topics ANYTIME ANYWHERE. and to win quizzes! you know that feeling when no one knows the ans but you do! Teacher calls me "A student" :B i know i know, must be humble! dont worry, im still the same old seekee :) i'm constantly reminding myself that no, doing well in lessons doesnt mean that i'll do well in exam. so must always improve! and not to be too overproud (you get what i mean? haha) Im scared that I cant do it in exams tho :/ cant bare to disappoint my teacher. He's such a great teacher! although he's so mean and sarcastic (i like sarcastic people HAHA HELLO EILEEN) but the whole class laugh every lesson especially when my classmates argue with him. JUST TOO FUNNY. oh my law class is so very entertaining. My friends always crack me up.

Then yesterday during law extra class in the evening they asked me to teach them thank you in Mandarin. and they kept saying xiexie (which they pronounced as HNGIEH HNGIEH AHAHAHA) until teacher got angry and said "do you want me to put you in zoos or what? there's a cage there, do you want to go in?" AHAHAHAHA omg just too funny i could die. and when the class ended they said "HNGIEH HNGIEH, Sir" and GUESS WHAT sir replies HNGIEH HNGIEH back to them OHMYGOD AHAH. this is really funny ok, if you're not laughing there's some problem. And they were carrying on the same thing today during lesson. oh gosh.

AND AND AND! WE'RE GOING TO A RESIDENTIAL TRIP FOR LAWWWW :B
it will be so so so fun! we're gonna study from day till night tho. the point is the law teachers are gonna make the lessons as fun as possible. AND THIS IS FOR OUR EXAM IN 21ST JANNNN *bites nails*. but i can imagine it's gonna be very fun. sadly, you know, sometimes when we thought things are gonna turn out nice, they.. dont. FINGERS CROSSED! hope it will be fun! cz it's like.. 3 days 2 night :BBB HOHOHO CANT WAIT CANT WAIT! it's on next friday btw x) my classmates were like, LETS HAVE A FOOD PARTY. i'll bring chocs. party pack MALTESERS <3 hope we can eat in class! like snacks or something. and err they wanna play chubby bunny ._. not really interested. might just take pics of them x) THE THING IS. we're gonna study till around 9pm, AND MIGHT GO FOR A NIGHT WALK. like jungle trekking? oh yeah the destination is a centre located next to a forest. CAN U IMAGINE THAT. hope there'll be no bugssss O_O IM JUST TOO EXCITED HAHA. and my mom bought travel set of shampoos and stuff, and new joggers xD love my mom <3

BTW. WHY DONT WE HAVE THESE FUN THINGS IN MSIA :( it could have been SO FUN. like. SO FUN. oh well :/

erm, i should watch tv now. HEEHEE. sorry for bombarding this post with words and words and words. just feel like letting words flow out of my err heart? haha. since i dont really have ppl to talk to in school -_- but anyways.

TODAY IS SUCH A GREAT DAY :D

Seriously. I was so worried about presentation which was supposed to be presented in the afternoon after lunch PLUS we had to create a test based on a movie and answer them in class. Like a test. So. I was so nervous cz.. im not the public speaking type -.- yeah. soooo. i went researching how to overcome my nervousness. and then! i just realised it's confidence's business. And today, just now to be exact, I DID IT! :D as in, not so good but still good. haha. i just talked to the class like how i talk to my friends :P btw, there's only 5 of us including me and teacher in the class actually HAHAHA. but still nervous one okayyy. Erm yes film studies class. Always making me feel so miserable -__- And the test, it was nothing to talk about really. Just that i answered the wrong question (to the class). DAMN MALU HAHAHA. i was day dreaming :B
So that sums everything up :D I've done well in my presentation ABOUT THE AVENGERS HOHOHOHOH which i thought i wouldn't, answered that test cincai-ly, and! FOUND A CHINESE MOVIE MY TEACHER KEPT IN HER DRAWER for us to analyse xD Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. OHHHHH 熟悉的感觉 :')))) CHOW YUN FAT AND MICHELLE YEOH MAN. main language for that disk is English but CHANGED IT TO MANDARIN.

hahahahahaha. so yeah. watched that for 40 minutes (YAYYY) and tada! class ended <3 that's the best thing ever.

Actually. That was the last lesson. What really made my day is Photography class!!!! :')
We went into the dark room to develop full-sized photographs. IT WAS SO GOOD. let me tell you how the thing is!!! So, today was the sec time my group (we parted in groups cz the dark room only have 5 places) go into the dark room. Actually today we have six ppl (including me) in the dark room so I FORGOT HOW WE SQUEEZED INTO THE DARK ROOM LAST WEEK :S urgh freaky.
So so so. We had six ppl, and ONLY I REALISED, we had one isolated room which looked like a store room that contains the photo enlarger!

so sir asked me to use that "executive suite" hahaha. It's so nice and comfortable there! I had my "own" space xD and then the machine is easier to use cz it's right-handed. Get what i mean? so yeah. Then when we developed using test strips to test how many seconds we need to expose the negatives onto the photopaper. I've used one test strip to see the outcome and then to the full-sized paper. The first photograph I developed was so nice! Mygod Im so touched and feel so satisfied haha. And when it comes to the second photograph using test strips, I got some problem with that light thingy. It's too bright so it made my photograph looked BLACK. like literally -.- haha. Then sir corrected the light to dimmer and TADA. When I let sir check (he asks us to show him EVERY photograph we developed) and he said WHOA. YOU CAN GET AN A ALREADY. and congratulated me. I was like :') so proud of myself. haha. You know, it's so hard to fit in in this kind of country and stuff. So it's a motivation for me, that I could really be good at something Im interested in. Just like my previous post about the Law test thingy.

Btw, I was the slowest one to be honest -.- IDK WHY. A few of them developed three photographs already but I've only done two. They were so quick! Maybe cz they've already learned this during their GCSE year. And you know, kids. Cin cin cai cai then finish and ciao.
Btw, I just realised sir is like a granpa. Like, those cute old grumpy granpa but are really nice to their families?

So here goes the rants.

A LVLS ARE SO MUCH HARDER THAN I THOUGHT :((

It's like. SO MUCH HOMEWORK. not to compared with SPM okay. I know SPM is a loooooot harder. just that i seriously didnt see it coming. now it's like going back to form four. loads of homework everyday. Some of them which i dreaded to do. :( especially film studies. I just realised that i didnt really favour this subject. Compared to law (the most homework i've got -.-), i really dont mind studying it from fresh. Maybe im bored with this subject. Since i've been doing this last year. And thankfully, I've got an A* for Film Studies :) Come to think of it, I should've chosen English Lit. Ahhhh decisions again. I hate making decisions. This is my worst weakness. Damn.

AND LAW! I JUST GOT PRAISED BY TEACHER HEEHEE. that teacher rarely praises students one ah! Last week I got a choc from him too :B me and another guy for scoring good marks in a mini test :) Not really good actually -.- 36/64. And then last lesson, he marked my mock exam paper and was impressed with my essay :) and no one has ever answered like this before for the first time (first mock exam). Basically we had to revise before the lesson plus we already knew the question beforehand. SAB students should know this: E.g the Eng lit paper, where we knew soalan bocor then we memorised the sample answer like siao. Exactly the same concept. I just dont get it why they cant score in this paper -.- You just memorise the answer for the question which can be found in textbook. So yeah. SABians boleh! To be honest, Im really proud that im from Malaysia, from SAB the Sekolah Berprestasi Tinggi. I miss my friends :( Looking at the pictures make me feel nostalgic.

So yes, A lvls has started. I cant wait to end this ITS JUST THE BEGINNING. Im doing psycho, law, photography and film studies. Currently, im highly interested in Law and Photography. Only. Psychology is so-so. But film studies. Haih. I should stop complaining. It's MY decision after all. It's not that bad really. I just didnt really like it. I think i might start regretting. Which is the least thing i wanna get myself into. Regrets. Thinking positively, I can drop this next year :D SO IT'S NOT TOO BAD HEEHEEHEE. I just made myself feel BETTER :B like really.. youknowme xD

Enough enough. Let's talk about um, uni :D I WANNA GO TO UNI SO BADLY. idk why. I JUST WANT FREEDOM. not really freedom, but. well you know what i mean. hee. At the moment, I think I wanna study Law and Business in Uni :) It's one whole subject btw. Dunno why, I just like it.

I just realised how time zoomed pass. Im gonna spend another Christmas here. Like, SO SOON. after that, exam. I reeeeally need to do well. At least a B an A. I wanna get into a good Uni like University of Birmingham and make my parents proud. Ok this is getting too far hahaha.

oh i miss my hobbies T_T i miss reading without caring about the time. i miss painting, which is a recent hobby i've found. i miss taking photographs based on my mood. now, most of my time is occupied with HOMEWORK HOMEWORK AND HOMEWORK. and coursework (mostly film studies. i just dont have the creativity and stuff).

BYTHEWAY, i've thought of my Xmas present hahahaa:

1. Bicycle (idk why, but it's nice to have a bike to cycle around the neighbourhood :B gam fei hahaha)
2. Tripod (I guess i should buy this with my own money. Wont cost too much actually, just need to save at least a few £ every week ;) )
3. Instant Camera (Average price £80 including the films. Still considering)

I forgot what else -.- hahahah. will update this list every now and then till Christmas xD

Okay. I think i should really stop here then go to bathe then watch drama (TODAY LAST EPISODE T___T which is one of the reasons that im feeling a lil' down today) and then HOMEWORK. I NEED TO FINISH THEM LAAAAAAA.

p.s I THINK IM GONNA HAVE P SOON grrrrrrrr. no good no good. stomache feel uncomfortable :( moody and all. HAIH. why am i a girl.
